Thanks for the correction. I read so much on this thread never can remember who said what. I was only agreeing with the post and your's was the one I remembered.

With a major election coming in November I'm sure the Fed will ease up a bit soon. Angry people paying higher rates tend to vote against the ruling group and it seems there are a lot of angry people right now.
