MSFT vs. DOJ. Good developments on that front this afternoon, IMHO. Judge is trying to push through a fast remedy which is likely to be a break up without giving MSFT more time. More procedural grounds for appeal in addition to the legal arguments! Certainly, the sympathy towards the company will only grow as this judge and the DOJ try to push through a breakup. It will look more and more like a personal vendetta against the company for their defiance and for their faith in the appeals process. I would point out, they have won every appeal from Jackson's ruling. The soon to be expected MSFT rally will add fuel to the Nasdaq rally.
