Something else that should get this market moving is that alot of stocks have undergone COA.

Change of Ownership. New owners own at a much lower cost basis and can hold on to the shares more strongly.
This is the case with me with HEAR. I am sure others have their own stocks that they have purchased recently that fall under this COA.
