Waldemar:
I'm p#$%!d just like you are about NOVL's price. I too would like to extract a pound of flesh.
However, if you're a shareholder, any class actions or other legal maneuverings would be to the detriment of you, the shareholder. The lawyers would make out like bandits in the event of a win, management would be in even more disarray (hurting the shareholder), and each individual shareholder would receive, literally, a very few pennies a share at best.

Waldy: Would you please stop wasting our time and eyeballs with your nonsense, and just try to understand that you're only a little stockholder, not Warren Buffet? If every time a company's stock declined due to mismanagement and was therefore found criminally negligent, there wouldn't be any WS left.

Wise up.

Waldy -- I agree with you. Any good lawyer could get rich here. The problem is there is never anything left for the shareholders. The disgrace is the officers are insured so it costs them nothing. At all times TAVA was being manipulated it was known they would be bought out. These guys are still in denial and believing they can bring it back. Today as the NAS recover nicely the true feelings of WS and institutions were shown. Down, down down,,, like the other stuff that floats.. The greatest products in the world are worthh nothing in they are not marketed. Now we see a re-org,,, the foxes have split the henhouse into portions each can take care of easier...
