That is a good one. There is a reasonable degree of generalization from the text, discerning a theme or principle that may be analogically applied. But the "emanations and penumbras" language is so ludicrous, one hardly knows what it means........

It's nice to know that Warren Rudman, McCain's Chair said that he would have voted against Thomas if his vote would have been needed to keep Thomas from the Court.
