"cancellation of top management options"-? Surely you jest. How about a detailed explanation as to what caused the restatement of revenues and earnings and how they will prevent such a mistake in the future? How could they have gotten an audited statement, and how they know they did not make a smilar mistake in 1998 or 1999. A more positive step to replacing the controller would be changing accountants. Still waiting for a call back from the PR firm. I think its been 2 weeks now. feels like it anyway.
