Wasn't Russia communist? Yet they managed to get out of it and without bloodshed. Unfortunately, Russia is now corrupt. I wouldn't call Russia a democracy, don't know what it is now. Russian agriculture was/is the worst. They only put food on the table in the past by bartering Russian basic goods (gold, oil, etc.) for American wheat. Remember the tanks in red square? Thankfully cooler heads prevailed. At least now the russians can attempt to opt out of the situation and go somewhere else. Neal
