I'm going to be honest with ya all. I feel the insider selling is a BAD omen. The individuals that are filing may be in their right, but the message it's sending to investors like myself really sucks!

I'm holding on to a substancial portion of my original block of shares. However, I am beginning to question this recent sell off coupled with the recent filings.

even Goldman Sachs has enough sense not to back two horses in the same race.

If Goldman Sachs were a ma and pop outfit, I'd buy your reasoning. As it is, I think they have the funds to back as many horses as they want.

I've found many institutions hold positions in competing companies. A few examples:

ANCR and BRCD --- held by FMR and MSDW

CMTO and TERN --- held by Scudder Kemper, Oppenheimer, Barclays Bank and Husic Capital

JDSU and SDLI --- held by Putnam, FMR, MSDW, Janus, and Oppenheimer

By spreading their investments among competitors, investment banks and funds lessen their risk.
