Bill, The average European university graduate is better than the average US grad, however the US schools have a wider range and so the top US grads are better than Euro grads and the bottom ones are worse. I am managing an international project, and have found little difference between the skills of European, Asian and American workers in the microprocessor business. This may not be a representative cross-section however. Scumbria
