"very hard on MSFT"

The DOJ is currently priced into the stock since it's staying around 65 through this market sell off. The judge is supposed to render something this Friday and he has turned down msft's delay proposal indicating he wants to get this mess over with. The sooner, the better for the stock.

Re: "When Jackson issues remedy verdict on June 1 or 2nd, could we see a sharp sell-off into the 50s? What do you guys think? Looks like he is going to come very very hard on MSFT"

I am betting the long shot that Jackson will lean more toward MSFT's settlement. Does he really have much to gain by coming down hard on MSFT now? It will give MSFT a stronger appeals case. He has already done much damage to MSFT as it is. IMO if he's smart he'd come somewhere in between and give MSFT a harder appeals.

It's miller time just sit back and wait.
