"In the future,I would use the same metrics when I want to by a certain stock.I am curious to know if you have bought anything this year in your own portfolio and if so which stocks and when."

Yep. Too many<g>. Sold tlab in april, afci in february with a very nice profit in each. Reason. Even though I think they have good prospects, didn't think they were gorillas. Sold small positions in ibm and dell in march.Sold citigroup in april with good profits to generate funds for gorilla candidates.

Bought additional shares in qcom in february and may, cree in february and may, sebl in march and april, elon in april, added to gmst in february, march and may.Added to ntap in march and may. Bought more ancr in april and may. Added to csco, intc, and msft.

As you probably have guessed I've tried to reduce the number of stocks in the portfolio and put the money into gorrila candidates.Still feel I have too many stocks in my portfolio but don't have a firm conviction yet on which ones to go with. As you can also guess many of these additions are underwater right now, especially qcom.

And now time will tell.
