No, AMD will not announce a secondary tomorrow for two reasons:

1. In response to dividend question in annual shareholder meeting, Jerry said that he would recommend the board to consider dividend after debt gets paid some time next year. That time-frame implys that debt will be retired by cash generated by operation.

2. The language in proxy though mentioned the share increase would be used for general corporate purpose, but more specifically, the increase of share is for potential split.

Tomorrow is the count for vote of the share increase, and I expect an announcement to that effect only -- share increase approved, mission accomplished.
