I see the house passed the China trade bill. Now it would be fun if the Senate arranged for a tie when they vote and make AlfaGore cast the tie breaker. What would he do?

Think Lott is smart enough to think of this or should I try to get him on the phone?

Our own State Dept is a bigger national security risk than the Taiwanese government. They've lost (or given to someone) at least two computers that contained sensitive data in the last couple of months.
