I have no positions 100% cash. I think there is better chance we rally then selloff in ST. There needs to be people svcked back in. The Bvlls are already chirping on one good rally. The instittions were in there today and they have bvilt their cash levels so we will get a good rally. I think that the realization that forward earnings are ONLY esti ates will knock the naz again bt not till -oct when rate hikes and wealth effect slowdown weak dollar and higher inflation pinch the econo y. It takes ti e to nwind things. The nov-feb bble has brst b t the longer trend growth fro 98 will take longer to nwind. I actvally think certain areas of telecon like wireless will hold better then other areas. It is a very recession ressistence bsiness. If I were to take a shot at tech I wold look there and wold not be the area to short. I think PC/INTERNET BIGGIES/and banks will be the place to be short. In 1990's in erope and in 1998 in ASIA wireless growth went on despite bad econo ic sitations. I still think that will happen again. When PE's reavalate I like that area to go long or to hedge short positions. I know its blasphe y here bvt I like QCON(albeit at arond 50-60 area)
