I think so too. Today the volumes were good, especially the up volume, but the number of new lows on the Naz at 360+, strikes a jarring note.

And I also think we are well on our way to reaching last year's lows (~2200) on the Naz. We might get there by late October. In between, there will be plenty of failed rallies, hopes that are raised and dashed, and raised and dashed again. But get there we will.
