IMO, you've built some mental buffers which, you believe, will shield you from the gnawing "Why?". They're glass walls.

I bet it depends what you mean by mystery.

Existence is fascinating. It's certainly something to think about. But mystery has all those value laden religious connotations, as well as the simple "riddle" and "puzzle" meanings.

So existence might be a riddle, which we might or might not be able to solve. I could see calling it that. I also like puzzle. Mystery, with those cult and Catholic meanings I do not like so well.

But lunch is always important.
