Ellen, did you read some of the reponse posts? On the BEL issue , their were several positive experiences as well. This is a new business model for those guys, let's hope they create a model with a positive feedback loop! <g> To me, the best part of the response posts were about SBC and how well they respond to the customer. This is more important for WSTL, because who is kidding who, SBC is the largest customer here with the largest DSL presence and with the most aggressive DSL deployment plan, "Project Pronto". It is still early in the dawn, the sky was bright for a beautiful day and the rains came. They are brief, just before the Hawaiian sunrise. And still a great deal of daylight to go.
