Re: I have a great deal of respect for IBM and your fab process capabilities. I think though that it might be a mistake to assume that you guys are the only ones who can do SOI. Elmer, I've only been doing a little reading on this, so I'm not familiar with the process, or even really what it is. From the little reading I've done though, they think this is really some type of breakthough. IBM is saying this might be something they won't even license out, or be very selective at least. I'll leave it at that until I do some more research. chic
