Does that saying go for gambling as well? If you are persistent at the one arm bandits, you'll go broke.

I don't think that applies to the markets either.

Unless you are an investor who bought and held equities for 5-20 years, then odds are you would have higher returns than T-Bills.

Interesting how rare are the stories of people going broke, all people brag about is their successes. Not politically correct to talk about the losses?
