Waldy:

Yeah I remember Apple Computer. Bought 2000 shares at 15, sold 1/2 at 120. Getting ready to split 2 for 1 from about 90. Market share growing. New product pipeline full. #1 selling computer model..iMac. Rebuilding revenues, margins, earnings, and reputation. Took about 4 years for results from 1996 until 1999.

Original reason to buy...great technology and an established user base.

Don T.

Waldy -- <<"Its time for
the institutions holding multi-million shares of Novl. to kick ass.">> Recent volume indicates there are fewer institutions holding multi-million shares. When cpq acted almost as dumb as these guys inst holding went from the high 70% range to low 40% range where it is today. The last thing they want is to be laughed at or fired for holding issues such a this. Prior to qtr end they are hoping for a rebound to pull a few more bux in and slowly bail so there is little if any novl on their qtrly report...

GO Waldy!!

>>Its time for the institutions holding multi-million shares of Novl. to kick ass. Perhaps law suites arnt appropriate, but SOMETHING has to break loose? The product is not going to do it....! New management and a new chairman of the Board of Dir. is needed...NOW!>>

Keep kicking butt!!

Now just do ONE thing:

ONE (1): Enlist visitors of this board to get the name of ONE BIG institutional holder of Novell stock.

And do the following with this information:

- collate the contact names (along with their numbers and email addresses) and institutions.
- enlist Martin to help you.

Peace.

GO!!

NOTE: this whole process can be automated with just ONE URL. All you have to do is announce to this board that you are doing this.

NOTE: Don is working on RUG.

NOTE: Gilles would be a great guy to comment on Novell's marketing. Heck, he could enlist one of his classes to work on a special - "Fix Novell's Marketing" - project.

NOTE: Scott is already inside Novell. I have great trust and confidence in Scott. I think he'll have a tremendous positive impact.

NOTE: Peter Strifas is in the process of starting his own NDS tribe in the greater NY area.

NOTE: Toy is working on this ASP in a box concept.

NOTE: Father Paul F. needs to take the collar off and tie off and get crazy.

NOTE: forget about "me" - I'm just throwing these crazy ideas out there. I'm planting seeds and have NO personal agenda other than to help others "see" "get" and understand the value of embracing this SERVICE model which calls for openness, transparency, risk and trust. Longer term, even if Novell is bought out, this technololgy infrastructure will be used as the backbone for supporting this massive worldwide trend toward communities.
