El, agree with you on China. China will need a rule of law, at least for business to ever begin to achieve its' potential. Also think the market there is not a big deal in the near term if you define "market" to mean goods that actually stick there as opposed to being incorporated into product for export. Export from China will be immediately big. Sale of services to China probably will be good from the beginning because they will need them badly enough to pay in dollars - if pushed.
