I guess once you have seen Jeffrey Hunter play Jesus with those deep blue eyes that seem to see to the depth of your soul no one else can fill the bill. (grin)
it stated on TV that the film we are talking about was Catholic approved is the reason I mentioned it.

Right now I have been shaking my head at the flock of quail known as the investor. To be a contrarian right now is too profit greatly in the future.

All my best,
James

TO ALL,

If you want to see another Jesus movie, go find the Matthew Series of the visual Bible. It is done word for word using the NIV. Bruce Marchiano plays Jesus, and played him as one who was GLAD to be here, and GLAD to deal with his children, but SAD to deal with the pharisees. and did not act as if he was gliding across the room on air. Bruce said that even he felt that he in no way approached what Jesus actually felt, or acted, but did what he thought was his best to show Jesus as real(dirty fingernails and all.)

It is 4 tapes about 1 1/2 hour each.

Haqi, for crying out loud! Families with little children watching probably didn't want to see that stuff.

I was slightly disappointed that they didn't show Peter cutting off that guy's ear, and Judas hanging himself

This was not an "Action" movie, after all. <ggg>

Put on a DiNiro movie. Hopefully that will suffice your action quota. All of your surround sound and other hi-tech equipment will probably help too.

P.S. For anyone else reading this, we're good friends and can talk like this to each other.
