Although I was very dissappointed with the news, at least it appears that we were not the last to find out. Based on the steep price decline and the reaction of the analyst's it appears that it was a surprise to them too. In some companies I own(Geac being one of them) it APPEARS that information (I have no hard evidence) may leak out to out to a select crowd prior to a formal annoucement and that doesn't make for a level playing field.
