<<"Another thought...Since directory and caching apps are at the critical juncture of the internet why couldn't NOVL
issue a tracking stock using those two technologies">> Look at all the good tracking stock did for T. Sell them off,, the pieces are worth much more than the whole will be for many years to come..

Institutional Holdings of Novell as of 3/31/2000

marketguide.com

I wonder what the numbers will be at next reporting...

By the way, I've stated my position before on a Novell buy out - my pick is LU. Of course I would much rather see Novell do it on their own but if they are on the "block" so to speak, I feel LU has the most potential.

Check these pages for some info:

All of these products can benefit from NDS:

And a host of other links from here:

Can give you a good idea of just what LU is working on and their vision. You tell me that Novell wouldn't make a GREAT fit into this environment (from a products standpoint alone it does). From an engineering standpoint, they do as well.

Just some thoughts... :) Holding out for a buyout could be a strategy. My personal preference would be Novell making good on it's new promises.

Institutional Shareholders....

>>And finally does anyone have a current list of the largest institutional shareholders of NOVL? Or would it have changed so much during the past 30 days it would be impossible to track?

Don T.>>

Don:

We have access to a very large database which give us the names and numbers, etc. of most of the institutions that make equity investments in this country.

The answer to your question is very easy to answer - just to to Thompson, Bridge or other places in the net.

Why don't you make this a small project for RUG. Get Waldy involved.

Peace.

GO!!
