ARBA, HWP, and Hong Kong Computer & Technologies Holdings are creating an ARBA-based B2B application services provider in China. There hasn't been PR on this yet, but South China Morning Post says there will be an announcement today. If they wait until after trading starts to announce, there may be a chance to get in ahead of wide dissemination of the news.
