I believe I'm in the minority when I wish that Global Crossing would maintain "control" of the Global Center and Asia Global Crossing in the future following their IPOs. It is my understanding that the ultimate result, at least as far as Global Center is concerned, is that stockholders will receive ownership via some form of a stock dividend.

I realize I am apparently wrong in thinking the whole is more valuable than a sum of the parts.

Could someone please explain to me...like I'm a 12 year-old...how the proposed methodology will provide greater shareholder returns versus Global Crossing controlling the remaining stock following the IPOs.

Regards,

Scott W.

*How long will it take the market to realize that GBLX has more to benefit from the PNTR vote than any other telcom company?*

Call me greedy, but I hope it takes a long, long time for folks to wake up. I make my personal quarterly employee benefit contributions in about a month . . . At this point, I am also seriously considering some financial dancing to get an even greater position established in GBLX.
