I heard something this morning in re: to the foreign insurance companies operating in China. They will most likely be required to invest profits in govt. sponsored infrastructure developments. Given the lack of accountability (not to mention accounting) involved in these kinds of projects these will sure to be big money makers, but for who? I doubt it will be U.S. companies...<ggg>
