Jill...an insight into 'Business as usual' in China...... borrowed from edamo Tim < just received an e-mail from a friend who is on a two year contract as a product manager for a major pc company in beijing. cellular phone providers send no billing statements. once a month you must physically visit the office of the cellular agency, which will provide you with your billing. unfortunately you can't pay at this time or location, you must take this statement to a designated bank for payment....and the next month it you do the same thing....>
