POVT is one of 4 stocks that I watch that have bounced 30% plus after being oversold in the carnage this week (BTOB, UCOMA UPCOY being the other three).
Playing these bounces can be quite profitable (did MPPP a few weeks ago when it dipped to 7 and bounced to 12.
Over the longer term however when I've played situations like these I've noticed they do tend to revisit the lows, untill they finnaly settle down, base and if they are salvagable begin their upward movement when the fundamental dictate.
If you got POVT around 3 great, I notice the volume is waining and would expect it to run out of gas and drift back towards 3.
Again, I'm not privvy to the fundamentals that drove this recent sell off and my view is based strictly on technical behavior.
If you have a wire account with IRA funds (ie cheap commission and no tax liability) you can profit greatly from this type of behavior.
Best Regards,
