Famous Fixins Signs Licensing Agreement with Billy Blanks For New Line
of TAE-BO Food Products

NEW YORK, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Famous Fixins, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: FIXN - news) a leading producer of athlete and celebrity licensed and
promotional products, announced today that they have entered into a licensing agreement with NCP Marketing Group, the developer and producer of TAE-BO
infomercials and videos featuring Billy Blanks, the dynamic creator of the wildly popular TAE-BO fitness system, to launch a line of TAE-BO food products. The
deal was brokered by John Younesi of Younesi & Yoss, LLP in Los Angeles.

The first two product lines will consist of a breakfast cereal and energy/fitness bars, that will hit the shelves of most major supermarkets, mass-merchandisers,
convenience stores, health and fitness clubs, gyms, spas and will also be featured on the TAE-BO infomercials through an aggressive and exciting worldwide
marketing campaign commencing mid-summer that will enhance the TAE-BO workout program. In addition to being run as an infomercial in 33 countries and 11
languages, Billboard Magazine has named the TAE-BO video ``the Best-Selling Fitness Video of 1999 and the #2 Best-Selling Video of the 1999 including
theatrical releases.''
