Is there an affidavit in the file where the Court could have made a factual finding that A@P could not pay interest? The Court had to have some basis or evidence to make that determination. Now, it could be old info, but if it is new info, then maybe we have at least three scenarios: a) Mr. Elgindy is not as wealthy as he says he is (gee, another incomplete truth?); 2) he is very adept at hiding his assets; which brings us to: 3) could there be a false affidavit or testimony on file about his financial status?

hmmmmmmm.....wonder what that docket holds..... hmmmm...
