I just fell asleep, with my head cocked against the pillow? And loaded? And I was dreaming about this road, this curvy road, that for some reason we had to drive along the lake for a long time. I got really bored, like I do, and tried to invent new ways to drive it. ....

Had a strange and very annoying dream just before I got up this morning...

I worked at a big amusement park... rather a rustic place with a huge main lodge built out of logs... like the ones up in places like Banff..

Seems that I was in charge of 2 things at the "park"... One was an antique carousel... think it was an old Hershell-Spillman.... and the other was some kind of cable gondola that went up to the top of a mountain...

Could have been a nice dream... the setting was nice... the carousel was beautiful... But it wasn't nice at all...

Nope...

It seems that instead of getting to ride up and down on the gondola or maybe supervise the length of the carousel rides, I just spent the whole dream "fixing stuff"...

When I wasn't gluing the busted ear back onto a horse, I was tightening bolts on a pulley on the cable car system...

And what was worse is , that there were these "unseen vandals" who went around busting stuff on the carousel while I was busy working on the gondola, or busting the gondola while I was working on the carousel...

It just went on and on like that all day....

Some days are like that though....

How did you happen to volunteer to spruce up a cemetery? I mean, no one has ever asked me to do that. Fortunately. But do you belong to an organization that decided to do this, or did you see a request for volunteers in the paper, or what?

Just curious.

Have you done it yet? (Or just done the signing up part...)

Oh. I wonder whether I should read everything to see whether you've answered this question yet. I'm in such stock-shock I feel unable even to read, really.
