mike, msft has a plan to pay out stock to employees so they can profit from dead cat bounces. -ng- they just double up on options if the stock drops... -ng-

Mike,

This is one of the few days that it's nicer here on Wabasha than it is on Westhiemer.

Question for you or anyone else. What happens to to Options when a company has a spin off or is broken up. I pasted on a bull put spread of MSFT today (I know you disagree), and am wondering what happens to the options if the breakup happens.

Might have been wise to think about that first... ho ho ho.
