This wouldn't be the same ML that thinks the Q will not succeed in China? Naaah, couldn't possibly be. Merrill Lynch is bullish on America and GSM is definitely a home-grown technology. I wonder what the angle is? Not that investment bankers have angles. www2.marketwatch.com
