Qwark, the product, the people in general (though not as a whole) and the market for the product. At least one of the supposed deals is with a place that took equity....time will tell where it goes. One would wonder why they needed to rush into the market in a down market and with a million bucks in total revenues....my understanding is that cash burn versus cash available was getting tight, though I have not read the S1 yet.
