I understand that but some of those other areas are developing a critical mass as well.....MASS/NH, NC, WA, maybe Austin. Anyone of those areas could end up challenging SV.

I've worked in several of those areas, and I can state unequivocally that short of a natural disaster, it isn't going to happen. The key attractions of SV are proximity to Asia, a cool and dry climate, and complete saturation of the industry. Most of the workers here are from Asia, and that is what fundamentally drives SV.
