using the ceiling fan as a bat,
I discovered a very good activity for getting your heart rate up. My son got one of those mylar balloons for a birthday and it was in his upper floor bedroom. After a couple of weeks it finally lost enough helium that it no longer rose to the ceiling, but instead floated with the string barely touching the floor. One night it floated out of the room, down the stairs and into a ceiling fan. The boom boom racket got my heart going double time real quick.
TP (If I could only think up another night time activity to get my heart rate up that didn't require a baloon)
