Ike, yes, GOLD has issued a cautionary confirming it is in discussions with 'several parties'. essentially that was a heads-up to shareholders that reads 'don't sell, something big is happening'.

we'll have to wait for the official announcement though to see who is actually the target. i suggested several targets to them in recent months...i'm very pleased that they have decided to get the consolidation ball rolling.
