The "buying opportunities" just keep coming. Nobody knows what the hell is going on. It has been said that China hasn't kept one trade agreement it has ever entered into. Maybe the deal between Unicom and QCOM will be the first deal to be renegged upon after House approval of PMTR. None of this makes any sense. Maybe nobody will end up using CDMA.

Why haven't we heard anything from QCOM on the China situation?

One more item, CNBC is about to analyze QCOM. This should be good for the stock too. Just kiddin.

ML, MSDW, Lehman are creating "wonderful buying opportunities" for themselves. Will advise clients later.
