Captain:

The good news is that even while your investment is faltering your acknowledgement of the effectiveness of the NOVL products and services is encouraging.

I would be the first to agree that Dr. Schmidt has a less than stellar performance record as the CEO relative to surrounding himself with capable and accountable executives (it seems at times he is a glorified CTO) and in no way am I trying to shift the responsibility for the non-performance of NOVL from Dr. Schmidt. I also question the leadership, from the perspective of the shareholders supposedly being represented, of the BOD. And you are correct about the possibility of the marketplace being concerned about the long term viability of NOVL in its current form.

Regarding future levels of DD from perspective customers and investors...Isn't that a good thing? If in fact the NOVL technology is superior, as we have been led to believe, wouldn't extended DD by potential customers be helpful?

Your belief about the installed base for current NOVL customers likely staying in place is one I share. That is a significant base of customers to market NOVL products to.

And finally do you really want to become so entrenched in your dislike for the NOVL investment opportunity that you would not be willing to listen to information, especially from the leader of the Company, that may provide some insight into their future and provide you with even more information related to your investment decisions?
