Thanks for the post.

The 1.066-GHz performance of the T5592 will provide headroom for testing future RDRAMs.

Anyone have a guess if this is 1.066Ghz versus the 400Mhz clock rate for PC800? If so, it sounds like plenty of headroom.

Target device: RDRAM, DDR-II, high-speed SRAM, etc.

Pretty much all the infrastructure that has been ordered by the industry in order to support RDRAM has alternative uses as DDR or DDR-II equipment, and the product mentioned above is no exception.

By the way, in order to test RDRAM you need at least a 800MHz tester, not 400MHz. This is a matter of how they spec the equipment.
