NEW YORK (CNNfn) - The Justice Department and the Gardner brothers, Tom and David, today announced the filing of a landmark antitrust action seeking to split Bob Brinker's ever popular Markettimer radio show into three separate one hour shows. According to Tom Gardner, or is it Dave, no one knows for sure, "Brinker is just too popular and as such is simply stifling competition." An earlier more controversial remedy to split Brinker himself into two parts was abandoned when the Foolish brothers could not agree on whether the split should be horizontal or vertical. A
