Ray,

Thanks for the nice words, they are very encouraging.

IMHO, Chinese is so tolerant to their government for
two reasons. First, Chinese is still very poor.
This will change greatly in this century.
Second, lack of education and communication. When the mass
of Chinese did not have to struggle for living and
found out there are different ways, the government will
be forced to change for the better.

All these are happening already, in stages, with outside
help. PNTR and WTO are two examples of the help. These are
better than invading China with Tanks (sorry, dmp).
Slow change is good, evolution is better than revolution.
