hey, it's your opinion, and you're entitled to it.
is there any particular reason why you are fixated on that number, maybe astrology?
as an aside, let me comment, that when Yahoo was worth less than half of what it's worth now, it paid like $ 5 billion in stock for Geocities (almost no revenues) and like $ 4 billion for Broadcast.com (almost no revenues).
