Reasons why SNDK is NOT a good buy: Late news items -- patent infringement suit thrown out as court reverses itself; official predicts sudden drop in demand for flash memory cards due to consumer spending fears; production bottlenecks plague new factories making flash memory in Taiwan and China. China, still not satisfied with PNTR, imposes restrictions on factories making products destined for the U.S. If all these events happened simultaneously, I could see at least some reason for the stock trading at its present level. Otherwise I can't.
