Way wrong McFly, you are so full of it: "Since a stock that is "not marginable" cannot be borrowed" MARGINABILITY HAS NOTHING and I mean NOTHING to do with whether or not a stock can be borrowed. Another uninformed moron perputrates an incorrect SI legend. C'mon Isaac a pro crim like you should know the real truth. Why don't you cite the case of law wherein a market maker was short vastly in excess of Mr. Ponser's grand old pig-LTV which as a BK company was non marginable? Or were you still just a punk lagging pennies back then down on the battery?
