John, Dave you are as close to RMBS management as one could find. Can you ask IR or Gary Harmon about possible non cash gains if these 2.0 M warrants are exercised less than the expensed amount. Nothing would make me happier than having a pipeline to RMBS mgmt as you suggest. However, I have no more pull than anyone else. I have no clue how the accounting for the warrants takes place and wouldn't be able to phrase the question intelligently. Maybe someone with a stronger accounting background can send a message to RMBS IR and post the response. Sorry. Dave
