Hi Rick

I'm not American - but I understand poignant.
I've got tears rolling down my cheeks as well.
Thanks for the perspective.

And, I'd like to apologize to everyone, everywhere
for my nastiness today. The whole thing shouldn't
have happened.

Rose

Hi Rick - That was a great story, and I appreciate you sharing it - just love things like that. Today I'm reminded of the many qualities of this neighborhood thats been created in cyberspace - where anyone can come for stock talk, strategies, laughs, friendship, kindness, creativity, love, and yes, of course respectful disagreements -I could go on...This is a good place to be.

I have always loved inspirational quotes - here are two for this evening...(hope I don't sap you guys out here)...

"Shall we make a new rule of life from tonight: always to try to be a little kinder than is necessary."
- Sir James M. Barrie

"We may have all come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now." - Martin Luther King Jr.

OK - back to the lighter stuff - I'm sticking (like in gymnastics, when they "stick" that vault-lol), haven't sold anything- I'll try to buy back some cc's if we don't move- have some lowball orders in.

Always a pleasure to read your posts Rick!

Great Post RR, thanks for giving me my morning cry over something other than the stockmarket.

It's times like these I want to cry out "I hope I die before I get old" because it sucks
bigtime to watch your portfolio dwindle and there's not much you can do about it. I
can't chase the flavor of the day. Maybe if we hadn't come so far so fast, the
current state of things wouldn't be as hard to digest. I'm not buying 7% cds because
the internet is only an omeba right now. When a 19 yr old college student can write
a program (Napster) that has an entire industry in an uproar like nothing before, you
know the times are a changing.

I was watching a show on tv and they made the comment about when the electricity
and the light bulb was introduced in the late 1800's, many people thought it was evil
because it would shatter the balance between man and nature because you could
control when and where there was light. Think about that.

The future's here, we are it, we are on our own!

Like I said last night, and before, and before..... don't sell in this mess. Patience......
