If you use quicken.excite's full search, you can sort the results by one criteria, which you may specify as P/E ratio:

quicken.excite.com

At that page les posted, I just clicked on the pe column header and that sorted the whole table by the values in the pe column. I have done this before, at Hoover, and Schwab.
