Kodak conspiracy? Please excuse my late night ramblings and naturaaly take this with a grain of salt. Maybe it's already been played ad nauseum.

I was talking with a very sane non-stock person and wondering/brainstorming what various scenarios would cause such a stock price drop including shorts, fraud, or competitors. Upon mentioniong Kodak, my friend related a story he had got from his college photography prof regarding a sinister and ruthlessly cutthroat manor in which Kodak had 'dispatched' a potential competitor.

I'm not one given to conspiracy theories but the force of this 'short' attack and the coincidence of 'media' involvement, 'court' i.e. class action involvement, and the Govt agency slowed down (FDA lethargy) could be suggestive of a deep pocket well connected entity pulling every trick in the book to END this company.

If it were just shorts, wouldn't they have covered, or at least be a little nervous?

I don't believe it's fraud as Ernst and Young, ING Barrings, Nasdac National Market, Ga. Tech, and Medical College of Ga., to name a few, have gotten behind this great concept.

Someone with more time want to research Kodak's connection and/or past?

FROM ANOTHER POSTER ON ANOTHER BOARD......INTERESTING??
